I am not technical. Will I be able to set this up?
Absolutely. Digital welcome books are built for non-technical hosts. If you can use Microsoft Word, you’ll be fine.
What sections can I customize?
You can manage pages in Property Info, Area Guide, Contact Us, and Book Again — including images, videos, and links.
How much time does it take to create a welcome book?
Each guide comes with 16+ themes and templates. A welcome book can be ready in about 10 minutes. A fully customized 5-star guide usually takes 1–2 hours.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You can keep using Everhost with a Standard subscription: $5/month or $50/year for five guidebooks, or $100/year for ten. Pro is $279/year for 100 guidebooks and branding tools.
Is Nearby included on Standard?
Yes. Nearby restaurants and places, host favorites, weather, and translate are part of every guidebook.
What is Guest Ask?
An AI assistant on the guidebook that answers from your content. It is included with Pro, along with a Guest Q&A builder and Airbnb/VRBO listing import.
How do I subscribe?
Create an account at manage.everhost.io, then subscribe from Subscribe in the host app. Existing customers can upgrade to Pro from Upgrade.
