Absolutely. We built our digital welcome books to be super easy to use and manage. If you can use Microsoft Word, you’ll be fine. Helpful training videos are also available.

Can my welcome book be saved and printed as a PDF?
Not at this time. We have this feature in our development roadmap and it will be part of a future update.
How does Everhost handle language translation?
Because we are a mobile first platform, if your browser allows for language translation then text in the content areas can be translated into the browser’s native language. Ex: If you have a guest visiting from France, when viewing your guide book on their phone or mobile device, their browser will ask if they want to translate the welcome book’s language to French.
